This is Silver.
He is 15, turning 16 on November 21. At least, that's how old he appears.
His closest friends are Gold and Crystal.
He has two other friends as well, Ethan/Hibiki and Lyra/Kotone.
Silver's only known relative is Giovanni.
His hometown is Viridian City. He currently lives in Johto.
I'm sure you all know his backstory by now, right?
Only a few days after becoming the champion, Silver's closest friend, Gold, mentioned that he'd be heading on a journey. This was after Silver had started hearing rumors about mysterious disappearances in the Sprout Tower. Silver had overheard that those that disappeared had actually died rather gruesome deaths, even though no one had ever seen anything that happened in there. They either disappeared, or went through to the top of the tower with nothing happening that was out of the ordinary.
As it turns out, the only people that Gold even told about the journey were Silver and Crystal. Crystal had later that day alerted Silver that she was going to find Celebi and see what the Cinnabar Island looked before the eruption of the volcano. Silver didn't care much, since, from what he knew about Celebi, it always returned people back to their time after a while.
However, when neither of them returned, even after 10 years, Silver was worried beyond belief. After one year, Silver had begun searching for Celebi to try and find Crys, but figured that'd be pointless, since, well, Crystal had not returned. Gold had not told Silver anything about where he was going, but Silver decided he had to try something... He had to search the Sprout Tower to see if he could find Gold in there. However, no many how many times he navigated the tower, the result was always the same. The closest he came to Gold was an Unown G, which were not normally found in the Sprout Tower.
After 10 years of searching, as if by magic, Silver returned to being a 10 year old standing outside Professor Elm's lab. It struck him as odd, since, well... it didn't seem possible. He had heard rumors of things called 'remakes', but Silver never once thought a remake would happen to him. At this moment, Silver was giving up hope anyway. This would be a perfect opportunity to restart his life. When Silver first met Hibiki, he confused the boy for Gold. Naturally, he mixed up Kotone and Crystal somehow as well.

Mimi giggled as she walked along, where was she? Hell if she knew, It was some sort of forest...That one she lived one? Maybe...Oh well...She was to drunk to know the difference, Lucy sure did give her to many of those candies...Oh well. She was holding a knife with her tail where is split into two and her tail was swaying causing the knife to hit tree making a 'cling' and 'clang' noise.

The times before they died... And the times before... the times before the world was remade, the times before he met Kotone and Hibiki, the times before everything went downhill. He heard the noises, and remained perfectly still, without a sound. Who was there...? Silver didn't know.

IT walked along the abandoned path, IT's gray eyes looking from side to side as IT walked along... IT had a saddened and lonely expression on IT's face as it walked. "I have not seen another living being in a long time..." IT muttered to ITSELF as IT walked along. [[meh not too good with starters--]]

The sounds soon came to a halt. Silver was now walking on an abandoned pathway. He looked ahead and spotted some green-haired person. "...hah?"
